Shipping and Returns

Products

The Bladery Collection products are all Pre-Made ahead of the collection launch and ready to sell and go out for shipping.  If an item is Made to Order (Made after purchase and then shipped) it will say and have a timeline in the item description.

We only do a limited quantity of each piece in a collection for launch so once they are gone, they are seriously GONE.  They may not be restocked again and if they are restocked it can take a month or more.

Our Replica Jewelry products are all purchased from handmade artisans from all over.  They are ready to ship on purchase.

We do our best to ensure quality packaging when shipping.  If something arrives damaged please let us know as soon as you receive the item.  For more info see Returns and Exchanges below.

Shipping

We ship USPS, but can do UPS on request.  Once we get an order we take 1-3 business days to pull, package, and process your order.  Once it is shipped it will take:

US Orders:

Free USPS First Class Shipping (Purchases over $50): Approx. 3 – 7 days (6 – 8 days with 3 day processing)

USPS First Class Shipping: Approx. 3-7 days (6-8 days with 3 day processing)

USPS Priority Shipping: Approx. 2 – 3 days (5 – 7 days with 3 day processing)

Domestic shipping to the USA is FREE USPS First Class Shipping for purchases over $50!  Otherwise USPS First Class Shipping is $5. Faster USPS Priority Shipping is $7.50.

International Orders:

USPS First Class or Priority International Shipping: Approx. 7 – 10+ days (10 – 13+ days with 3 day processing)

International shipping defaults to $30.00 on the website.  For International orders the purchaser is responsible for any customs, duty, or brokerage fees.  These fees/charges come from your country upon the package entering the country so there is no way for us to foresee the charges.

Returns and Exchanges

Normal Orders

We accept returns within 3 weeks of ordering, but please call or email immediately after receiving the item.  We do not pay return shipping.  Once we receive the item in original and undamaged condition we will refund the item total not including shipping.  Items must be received in original and undamaged condition for the return to be accepted.

We accept exchanges within 3 weeks of ordering.  We do not pay return shipping.  Items must be received in original and undamaged condition for an exchange to be processed.  Once we receive the item in original condition we will process the returned item, call/email for shipping payment, and send you the product you would like in exchange.

Damaged or Incorrect Custom Orders

If something arrives damaged or a custom order is done incorrectly please let us know as soon as you receive the item!  We then require an image of the damaged/incorrect item for our records.  This helps us figure out what went wrong for future orders and shipments.  Once we have the images we have 3 options that you can choose from:

*You are welcome to return the product for a full refund (which you receive once we have the item in hand).

*You are welcome to return the product and we will replace it with the correct item.

*You can keep the damaged item at a discounted rate of 30% off.
